3. Referees Full board accommodation will be offered to all African Invited Referees. Referees accommodation will be on twin sharing basis. Moroccan & African referees will receive US$ 30.00 daily allowance. Referees with WSF badge to receive US$ 50.00 daily allowance.

6. TRAVEL Name of nearest international airport: Oujda Angad The return transfer costs (Airport/Radisson Blu Resort/Airport) are 40 USD/ Person to be paid upon arrival to the host MOROCCO SNOOKER. Should a player inform only the outbound flight and not the return flight details then, they will be charged for only one way transfer at 30 USD (for one way)

8. DRESS CODE: The Dress code for both tournaments will be full formal dress code as approved by the ABSC and World Snooker Tour, i.e., Waistcoat, bow tie, smart trousers, dress shirt and dress shoes with socks. Sport shoes and high boots are not acceptable. Please note that clothes must be clean and worn correctly. Any applications for a dress code exemption must be received at least two weeks prior to the event starting.

9. PLAYER LOGOS : Players are permitted to wear up to four logos, to cover an area no greater than 6 square inches (38.7 cm2 ) each. No more than two patches are worn on one side of a waistcoat and no player’s sponsor shall conflict with the title sponsor of the Event or the ABSC retained logo.

One logo space must be reserved for the ABSC event logo which will be provided to you on arrival at the event. This logo must be worn on the front of the waistcoat. Players may additionally wear a national flag of the country they are representing and/or their federation logo which will not count as one of the four sponsor logos. ABSC retains the right to refuse any logo.
