Встречи по верхней и нижней сетке до 3-х побед, с ограничением на встречу-2 часа. Вступительный взнос 2000 (50% за организацию и проведение турнира и 50% Призовой фонд). Игровое время - бесплатно.
В турнире могут принимать участие все желающие. КМС разряд,МС и выше к турниру не допускаются.
