Community rules
Revised on 09/11/2026
Welcome! Our community brings together players, coaches and billiards enthusiasts for lively conversation, sharing experience, analysing games and discussing news.
Core principles:
- The content is created by users with the support of the administration.
- Not knowing the rules does not exempt you from responsibility for breaking them.
- The administration reserves the right to change these Rules unilaterally without prior notice. The current date of changes is always shown at the top of the page.
Members’ rights
Every user has the right to:
- Create new categories and topics (if none suitable exist) and post messages in existing topics while keeping to the subject.
- Report violations to moderators using the «Report» button under a specific message or through the feedback form on the «Help» page.
- Politely dispute moderators’ actions solely through the dedicated form on the «Help» page. Discussing the administration’s actions inside topics is not allowed.
- Delete and edit their own messages.
Members’ obligations
Before publishing content, make sure you have read the rules.
When creating messages and topics, every member must:
- Check that the message being published matches the chosen topic.
- Before creating a new topic, make sure a similar one does not already exist on the site. Duplicates will be rejected.
- Fill in the fields of the topic creation form correctly and give topics informative titles. If you made a mistake, withdraw the request and create a new one.
- Some types of topics (for example, tournament discussions) can only be created through the site’s built-in features.
- Do not publish copyrighted material without the author’s permission. When quoting someone else’s texts, videos or diagrams, always cite the source and the author.
- Comply with the requirements of the Administration and moderators sent in a private message.
- Use the reporting feature strictly for its intended purpose. Mass submission of groundless reports is treated as abuse of the system.
Strictly prohibited on the site
- Impersonating another user, a representative of the administration, a tournament organiser or any other person.
- Publishing the personal data of third parties (phone numbers, home addresses, passport details, links to personal social media accounts, work emails), as well as demanding them from other users.
- Insults, personal attacks, threats, harassment (bullying), discrimination on any grounds, provoking conflicts, rudeness and the use of obscene language (including disguised). Posting knowingly false information.
- Placing advertising of goods, services, third-party resources and commercial announcements without official approval from the administration.
- Publishing prohibited materials: illegal content, 18+ materials, shock content, links to pirated software, as well as posts unrelated to billiards.
- Using malicious links, phishing and URL shorteners that hide the real destination address.
- Creating identical topics in different categories, duplicating messages (crossposting) and off-topic posting.
- Any kind of spam, including mass sending of private messages to members.
- Public argument with a moderator and condemnation of their specific actions in managing the community. All complaints are submitted only through the support system.
- Acting on behalf of the Administration without the appropriate authority to do so.
Strongly discouraged (may lead to warnings)
- Deliberately ignoring the rules of spelling and punctuation, overusing CAPS LOCK, translit or internet slang. A moderator may ask you to edit a message so that other members can read it comfortably.
- Off-topic posts (messages unrelated to the subject) and flooding (pointless short messages, emoji flooding) in dedicated threads. Use the special categories for casual conversation.
- Publishing full match recordings in violation of broadcasters’ copyright. Links to official sources or timecodes of key moments are recommended.
- Overloading the community with private correspondence. For a private dialogue, use the private messaging system, messengers or email.
- Responding to obvious troll provocations. The best action is to report the message and ignore the provocateur.
Obligations of the administration and moderation
The administration undertakes to:
- Monitor compliance with the Community Rules and stop violations impartially.
- Explain to the user the reason for its actions (issuing a warning, deleting or editing a post, a ban) in a private message, referring to a specific rule.
- Maintain a polite tone when communicating with users even in conflict situations.
- Review appeals against issued warnings within the established time limits.
Rights of the administration and moderation
The administration has the right to:
- Have the final say in interpreting disputed situations and these Rules.
- Treat disregard for moderators’ recommendations as a violation of the Rules.
- Edit (correcting mistakes or removing excessive quotes), move, delete, hide or merge topics, hide or delete messages without explaining the reasons in the topic itself.
- Reject users’ suggestions to create new categories and topics or edit them before publication.
- Issue warnings, temporarily restrict access to site features (read-only) or fully block the accounts of violators.
- Use members’ email addresses for mandatory notifications about the service and important community news.
- Subject to copyright, use information published by users (analysis texts, shot diagrams, photos) to fill the site’s FAQ, knowledge bases and educational materials, keeping the author’s nickname.
Responsibility
All members have equal rights and obligations. The user bears personal legal responsibility for the content published and every message written. The Community Administration provides available information about a member to the law enforcement authorities of the Russian Federation solely in the cases defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
If you are in doubt
If you are not sure whether some material is acceptable to publish, it is better to refrain from publishing it or to consult the administration in advance through the form on the «Help» page.
